New year update…

Good Afternoon everyone,

We have been a little quiet over the last couple of weeks on our social media. As most people are aware we are now back open for indoor visiting, precautions are still in place but it looks like there will be light at then end of this very long tunnel and we wait for further guidance to update you on this matter. The recent covid outbreak was very different to last

year but yet again our carers, housekeepers and cooks all pulled together to help and support our residents and we would like to say a big thank you.

Again, most of you know that Jessica Bruton, Registered manager has gone onto maternity leave, expecting her little girl in the next couple of weeks. Peter has stepped back into the role as the main registered manager while Jess is off.

In December, just before Christmas we had an unannounced CQC inspection which was a focused inspection around Well-led and Safe. We remain ‘GOOD’ in all areas, thank you to all that took part in the inspection and was able to provide feedback to CQC. We are always looking for feedback good or bad, you can e-mail your feedback to liam@rosevillaresidentialltd.com at anytime. Liam is our admin who is currently support Sharon and Peter in the offices.

As we come to end of January we hope we can move forward into brighter times. Next week we will be celebrating burns night and the following week Chinese new year, with some yummy tasting sessions. Keep an eye out on our media platforms and within the home.
