On 7th September we had an outbreak of Covid 19 in the home. We had 3 positive tests, two from staff, one from a resident. All 3 cases had no symptoms.
During this period all visiting stopped.
From 25th September we have reopened for window visiting only. We also would like to remind people that we have the option for video calling this can either be done by skype/facetime/what's app. Just give us a ring to arrange these.
We will continue to monitor the situation in the local area. Also as other care homes, staff are being tested every week and residents are being tested every 28 days.
