Role and Responsibility

Ensure Residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.

Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs.

Create and follow care plans.

Be able to document information well.

Be responsible for the administration of medications based on the needs of resident.

Supervise staff and delegate shifts.


About Us

Rosevilla Residential Home is a family-run company based locally to St Helens and Warrington, we have 43 beds to provide high standard of care for people living with dementia. Shifts Available

MONDAY 5PM-10PM, THURSDAY 5PM-10PM, FRIDAY 5PM-10PM as a minimum.


Pay

Starting pay will be £10.85ph. There is a bonus scheme in place this is role dependent on the amount but this could take you hourly rate to £11.25ph. If you already hold NVQ Level 3 we will be paying an extra £0.25ph.
