Employee of the Month - Jan 22

We started employee of the month in 2019 and we continue to reward staff monthly recently we also introduced certificates for staff who might not win but are nominated by there fellow colleagues, residents and visitor. This ensures that staff receive the positive feedback we are being provided with each month.

JANUARY 2022 winner is SAM OGDEN. Sam has been with us at Rosevilla since 2018, she is a great member of the team who recently achieved NVQ level 2 in health and social care. Now Sam moves onto NVQ Level 3 in health and social care and with this she has been promoted to senior carer in which she is gaining knowledge and confidence daily and shown the team that she has skills to do the job well. Big well done to Sam 🥳
